Where is my order?
Thank you for shopping with Patricia's Crafty Creations! Here's how to check on your order at any time.
Step 1 — Find your order number
Your order number starts with # (for example, #1001). You'll find it in:
- Your order confirmation email (subject: "Your order is confirmed")
- Your shipping confirmation email (subject: "Your order is on its way")
- Your account order history if you checked out with an account
Step 2 — Check your order status
Use the link in your shipping confirmation email to go directly to your order status page. From there you can see:
- Whether your order has been confirmed, fulfilled, or delivered
- Your carrier tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page
- The estimated delivery window provided by the carrier
Have an account? Sign in to your account and go to Orders to view all your past and current orders, including status and tracking links.
Step 3 — Follow the carrier tracking link
Once your order ships, a carrier tracking number will appear on your order status page. Click it to go directly to the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) for the most up-to-date delivery information.
Good to know
- Handmade and made-to-order items may need a little extra love before they ship — please allow the processing time noted on the product page.
- Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email arrives.
- International orders may show limited tracking once the package leaves the US.
